Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Broadway Dental Studio would ask you to let us know as soon as possible with a minimum of 48 hours notice, if you are unable to make an appointment or want to reschedule. Failure charges at £25 for every 30 mins shall apply. Please contact us on 0208 959 2497.

Missed appointments waste surgery time that could be used by other patients who potentially are on the waiting list.

In line with Practice Policy, if a NHS patient were to either fail to attend two appointments or late cancel their appointment within 24 hours, in a 12 month period, we shall no longer be able to provide you with dental treatment on the NHS. We have several patients on the NHS waiting list who would love the opportunity instead as I am sure you can understand.
